No, I’m not referring to “The Pill”.
Today, I woke up early and wanted to start my day with yoga. I started lifting my body off the bed when BAM! My quads are stiff. My back feels sore. And the abdomen hidden behind all my tummy fat was painful.
Ah. The morning after reuniting with yoga (or any exercise, for that matter). The plan of doing yoga before 9AM today was crossed off the list.
But that didn’t mean I didn’t do any kind of exercise. I did some core and leg strengthening routine. In a while, I’ll do some cardio courtesy of Wii Fit Plus.
Now my quads feel light, my abdomen feels strong, and pretty sure will hurt again tomorrow.
Ah. The things I do to reach a goal.
